| Procedure for Obtaining a Scholarship |

Scholarship applications will be available from all Federation Directors.

Knowledge of scholarship availability will be accomplished by newsletter, membership letter, seminar fliers and in general conversation.

The organization’s Board President shall sign scholarship applications.

Scholarship applications will be returned to the Scholarship Advisor who is currently Laura Shinkan, N1141 Churchill Road, Greenville, WI 54942.

Scholarship advisor will submit recommendations, based on the guidelines, to the Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee shall make the final determination.
-
To receive payment, receipts and a seminar voucher will be required from scholarship recipient.

| Guidelines for Determining Scholarship Recipients |

Scholarships are granted for any WFHS, AHA, HSUS or ASPCA affiliated trainings.
-
Scholarships are available in the various amounts, depending on the length of the event.
-
Scholarships are available to anyone affiliated with a Wisconsin humane society who is an organization member of WFHS.
-
Scholarships are open to only one person from the same humane society.
-
One scholarship per year per person will be a consideration that may be waived.
-
The conference/seminar registration fee will not be waived.
